Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on pricing, timelines, platforms, and what happens after launch.
What's included in a free diagnosis? +
A plain-English look at your current site's speed, mobile experience, and clarity — with the top issues costing you visitors and whether a fix-up or a rebuild makes more sense. No obligation.
How much does a site cost? +
Pricing depends on scope — a fix-up and a full rebuild land in very different ranges. Tell me what you need and you'll get a clean quote with scope and timeline.
Who maintains the website after launch? +
You can maintain it, I can maintain it, or we can split it. If you want "set it and forget it," a monthly plan keeps things updated and secure.
What platform do you build on? +
For maximum speed and control, clean HTML. If your team needs to make edits without help, WordPress is also an option — we'll pick what fits your reality.
Do you work with churches and nonprofits specifically? +
Yes — churches, schools, and nonprofits are a big part of what I do. Those sites usually need to be simple for non-technical staff to update, which shapes how I build them from the start.
My site was built with Wix, Squarespace, or a similar builder. Can you still help? +
Often, yes, for design and content fixes within that platform. But many of the slow-load and structure problems page builders cause can only be fully solved with a rebuild — the diagnosis will tell you which situation you're in.
How long does a rebuild take? +
It depends on page count and content readiness, but most small business and nonprofit rebuilds are scoped with a clear timeline during the planning step, before any work starts.
